MSI Afterburner "forgets" my fan profile

Thread Starter
Question is self explanatory, i've set the curve and all, the Fan option "User profile" is enabled at Settings, and on the main window of Afterburner the Fan Speed tab is Green and with a green light on the "Auto" option. A green light is also on "apply changes on starup". What am i doing wrong? why is it forgetting my settings and how does your MSI AB look like guys?

I had this issue as well. I eventually went in to the nVidia control panel and set an identical fan profile and now it works more or less the way I want it to. I'm a noob to these things but I imagine it's the two different programs trying to do the same thing.
