Recommend PSU

Thread Starter
I'm thinking I need around a 500W PSU or so here's my build:

Intel Core i5-2500K
ASRock Z68 Pro3-M
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Corsair Vengeance 8Gb
XFX HD-657X-ZHF2 Radeon HD 6570
Card Reader
Blu-ray and Dvd writer
2 HDD
Cooler Master Haf 912

I'm willing to spend $60-$70 and even wait for sales (rebates ok) for a recommended PSU if needed.

Should I be considering a modular PSU?

Silverstone ST50F-ES (Strider Essentials 500W) is $60 + shipping

There are a few others on that list for 60 - $70

If you're considering modular, prepare to spend $20 - $30 more on the same PSU for a modular design. Its a nice feature to have, but take the higher quality over the modular lower quality.

*edit* OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W is modular and $45 AMIR, $65 before with $3 shipping, if you want a good modular for a good price, this would be the one to go for:

I'm not stuck on modular just looking for advise and say a top three recommendation ranked 1-3 (Best, Better, Good). The OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W can ranked 4th since it is modular or in the top 3 if deserved.
