Like what others have said, it depends on your monitor settings too.

Depending on your friends' knowledge about computer, their jaws might drop just by having Corsair H50 in it lol.

Indeed, good point d3310n.

With such cards you won't be able too get the best without good monitors...
1: the monitor resolution... at 1440x900 the cpu is still the biggest part of the godly fps part, at 1920x1080 it's more the gpu's part but remember with these cards you could EASILY run 3monitors at 5760x1080 with acceptable fps.

2: size of the monitors... I don't know about yours desks measurements but 3 24 inch screens tend not too fit on every desk XD chose something more humane like 21 or 22 inch with as small as possible edges.

3: DON'T look at the tags saying GAMING SCREEN BLABLA... if it says 2ms (iso) it will be much higher in real life but you prolly won't notice it. just read some reviews or ask friends/tech shops (reading reviews adds nothing for you i know just skip till the conclusion part).

If I go for the 3 monitor eyefinity set up, will the 3GB GTX 590 classified GPU support this?

If you really have no budget, you may want to look into the SR-2.

Eyefinity, no. Surround, yes.

Eyefinity = AMD/ATI
Surround = nVidia

An AMD Radeon HD 6990 would support Eyefinity, though.

get 3 dell u2410
3 580 3gb
maximus v extreme z
ax1200
8gb gskill ram
2600k
4x1tb samsung spinpoint raid 10 for storage
crucial c300 64gb for boot
corsair force 3 higgest space u can for games programs etc
case anything u want, personally i love lian li, if u like flashy cases idk something like haf
cooling h100 if u want water, nh d14/silver arrow if u want air and u dont care about the size, and venomous x or megashadow for something smaller, aslo u could go for a custom water loop but i think its a lot of work for u if u don know how to build a sistem

EDIT: if u want u can get u2711 or u3011 but maby thats too big for u :_

That sounds good, but how are dual xeon nehalem LGA 1366 compared to a core i7. The SR - 2 series sounds good also, now I don't even know what I want
post #20 of 42
if budget isn't an issue then i suggest the following

Dual Xeon Chips running at High Clock Speeds
Tri-Sli 3GB GTX580's
Custom Water Loop
3D Nvidia Surround.
