Why would you want to replace the cooler on it, if its so effective and quiet?

Mainly because its even better than stock. It will be even more quiet and cool even better, and its a black and white cooler so it will match my fractal R3 perfect :-)

LOL, some stock coolers are better than others. The Gigabyte stock was a valiant effort but once you have experienced an AXP cooler,,, you wont stay stock for long
post #14 of 20
Sure there are, but the 560TI-s stock cooler is one of the best, in terms of noise.
I see no point spending more money on it, except if you wanne OC it hard, and need the lower temperatures.
I have also custom cooler on my old 4870, but that was needed because it was even at idle like a hurricane...
(Btw, what is an AXP?)

It's a beast is what it is. [redacted, see below]

Artic Cooling's Accelero Extreme Pro

EDIT: While getting this link I noticed they actually spell it Xtreme. Le sigh, I take back every nice thing I've ever said about it.

Yea I really enjoy my 560 TI, but mine being an open box may not be that great as I am nearing 80C in Crysis 2. I would love your temps lol.

hey i have a gigabyte 560ti and with the cooler that comes with that i have never gone over 55c every, for a hundred dollars which ur going to spend on the AXP i would be spending it on a full water block, but then that is only the best price to money if u already have water cooling,
any way i no u didn't like the 570 but with the hundred dollar cooler on it arnt u paying the same for a lesser card with a new cooler on it ? and the cooler u chose is compatible with the 570 so why didnt u return the 570 and get a reference design 570 just for that bit more power ?

it ur rig and im not having a go, but u choice seems odd to me,
and GTX560TI for the win,
was going to upgrade before BF3 but am now waiting for the 6xx series because this card is rocking good at the moment.
