So it's school time again and I got a nice pell grant this year so it's time to upgrade my desktop.

Case:Lian-Li PC-62b
Display: Acer 23" 1080p LCD
Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1) LGA 1155
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 460
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866
Cooling: Corsair H50
Storage: 2 x 1TB WD Black Caviar Black

nice so far but I would change the 460 to a 560ti if you can afford it.
Also 1600 RAM is fast enough so you may save some money there and go for 1600 RAM and use extra for the card.

also SSD if you got the cash.

I would go for 8GB of 1600 DDR3 from G.Skill. Also like a previous member mentioned if you can get the newer generation of GTX 560Ti I'd go for that. And do you really need 2TB of storage space? If not invest in an SSD for your boot drive and get a second mechanical drive for storage. Everything else should be fine.

New parts have been ordered. I was wanting to get 2day delivery but it was $33 and Next Day delivery was only $37 so I went ahead and opted for Next Day.
