i was wondering....

If i were to put ice cold distilled water from the fridge into my water loop would that cause any problems with the tubes and blocks? like cause some algae growth of some sort? i'm currently just running 2 loops with silver coils in each, and i was just wondering if it would in fact cause some issues later on to my water loop

As long as it is distilled your fine but the problem is that you will have condensation issues. That is about it really. Condensation + electronics =

Wouldn't cause issues but the block and tubing will condensate.

At the moment I run my fluid at a constant 55f with a water chiller and the screws on my EK block will condensate a little. My home is around 78f indoors and I live in Florida, kind of humid.

The only way I see you using 35-40f water is if your room is 55 or lower and it's dry outside.

*All numbers are guesses; too lazy to use dew point chart.

Edit: The loop wouldn't stay cool very long if you run the radiator fans because your radiator will act as an air conditioner and make warmer air cooler and transfer the heat from your room into the fluid.

I don't see this method giving you anymore than 5-10 minutes of good temps. You also must turn off the fans on your radiators for the reason mentioned above.

If you insulate around the CPU and put towels everywhere, then I see no problem, but condensation is the bane of low temperature cooling... Personally I wouldn't take the risk even if things will be okay (even a little condensation scares me unless I know nothing can get hurt).

i live in Texas and it's pretty hot over here, my room temp is around 76-78ish, don't know why but this room is the only room that is this hot inside the entire house, my GPU temp is idle at around 32C and CPU are around 35-45C atm, are those good enough temps? or do you see a problem with what i currently have rigged up? and my 990x is OC to 4.3Ghz atm

I know nothing about the 990x in particular but I'd say anything under 70c while doing a stress test is excellent. I wouldn't go higher than 80c.

idle temps mean crap, seriously.

What are your load temps.

What CPU and GPU do you got?

You SERIOUSLY need to think about filling out your system specs...
http://www.overclock.net/specs.php?do=addsystem

click there and fill them out please.
