So far, APB: Reloaded is the only F2P MMO I've ever enjoyed, perhaps because the "pay for" items are good, but not so good that you can't win against them. And you can make them yourself ingame, without the skin ofc.

I can see WoW going F2P after Blizz launches Titan.
