You need more volts somewhere. Is the system overclocked? Give a bump to the CPU and CPU-NB and run Prime for a bit.

Yes i have a overclock only to 3.5 the voltage is at 1.39 temps are fine i use PC probII to look at temps.

I wouldn't throw any volts at the ram if it's running stock. I would bump the CPU and CPU-NB though.

Not sure if serious... I believe you have mistaken jiggawatts for gigahertz.

Watts =/= Hertz

It means he needs more voltage.
