Two SSD to RAID 0 or not?

Thread Starter
I already have one 64gb SSD that I put my OS on along with a few games that I intend to move to my HDD. I plan on playing The Old Republic when it comes out and judging by the size of the beta client, over 30gb, I am worried I will not have enough room left on my SSD to hold my OS, the game, as well as keep enough open space for patches/content and just open space for the SSD to perform optimally.

My question is, if I buy a second SSD as a standalone in addition to my OS SSD would I still see the improved loading times in my game as if it were on the OS SSD?

Or would it be best to buy a larger SSD and do a clean install of the operating system and everything on it? (I would prefer not to but am not completely opposed to this option)

Or would it be best to put the two SSDs in Raid 0 and lose the TRIM capabilities. (I'm not sure how much this would affect me, I only use the rig for gaming and typical browsing of the internet.)

I would prefer not to spend over $200 if that affects some answers.

Install it as a 2nd standalone SSD, dedicated for your games.
You should be getting the same performance as if the games are installed on your OS SSD.
Losing TRIM isn't worth setting it up as a RAID0 in my opinion
