Program to teach what kids learn in elementary school

Hi, I have a friend who's mother grew up in Taiwan. She speaks Chinese as her native language, but can adequately speak basic English. She is also currently using rosetta stone to further improve her English speaking skills. She asked me to find her a program (not website) that can teach her the curriculum that kids would normally learn in the K-12 system in the USA; things like basic math, grammar, and history. She understands all those things, but she processes them in her native language, so she is interested in learning things the way they do it in the United States.

She doesn't wish to pay the $50 USD per year that the official k-12 website offers and may not always have access to an internet connection. So if possible would you guys be able to find a sort of homeschooling program/application (not website) for me? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your useless suggestion. If you read anything from my post you would understand that I am looking for a program that covers the entire curriculum that the K-12 system uses; not just a reading supplement for toddlers.

If I'm not mistaken he was recommending Hooked on Phonics, which seems a perfectly valid choice

She got a foreign education of K-12, why would she want to taint that by learning the American K-12 methods?

Well it was very obvious he was recommending Hooked on Phonics. Clearly by the way he chose to spell the words in his sentence he was being no more than a troll. Also, Hooked on Phonics is program designed for children age 3-8.

There isn't any ONE program that encompasses K-12 afaik, officially that is. I would probably look into Jumpstart, they have a broad range of consumer programs going up and down the scale. Also check superkids website.
