SteelSeries Sensei - Page 51

The coating on my Sensei is wearing off. Is there anyway to protect the coating with something else, like maybe a filament over the original coating...kinda like a screen protector(a thin sheet of plastic). Oh and would the internals of a Sensei fit on a XAI R.U.S.E edtion, I prefer the glossy plastic coating very much over Sensei.

I have never lost coating on any of my mice except the roccat kone+. What I do is clean the mouse atleast once a week with a cloth that I damp with some isopropyl alcohol

It's only happening with my Sensei out of all the mice I've owned. I still have my RUSE edition which is like completely new after a good wipe. The DA I had was also perfect after 1yr of use. I also clean my mice every 3-4days with alcohol swipes. I'll take a picture, but I believe there are similar issues with other people.

Yeah sure, here it is.

Makes me so sad, it should not be happening to such an expensive mouse. frown.gif

Damn, that sucks... frown.gif Was considering buying the Sensei (maybe MLG Ed), possibly solving my struggle to find a new mouse, but that possible coating problem is just unacceptable for a 90~100€ rodent... thinking.gif

Doesn't happen with this Baby. I already told you Guys to pick die Xai-like Coating of the Fnatic. Not to mention the Fnatic's look kicks ass.

My Fnatic on my fat Puretrak Complexity. This Mousepad is very good and has a long Durability by the way. I prefer it compared to the Talent in Counter Strike.

Im actually curious as to how the mouse would look/feel without the coating at all haha, might be kinda neat
