He can run everything maxed out, at a whole 2 FPS.
Please go max out Metro 2033 or Crysis 2 with DX 11 @1920x1080 at 45+ FPS and post it.

But just to be rational here, theres no way enthusiasts like us will EVER use integrated graphics. Honestly, half of us throw this crap in our system to brag about it later
But i definately feel where you're coming from.
Hopefully this company i speak of will ascend from the heavens and provide us bith a bounty of good games to play...i haven't turned on my PC in three days...BLASFIMY I TELL YOU!
I dont see why people bother to mention blizzard in what is clearly a graphics thread, blizzard games have poor graphics and are meant to run on any system. Hell I bet a 360 can easily run any blizzard game. In this regard the OP is right Crysis, Metro and Shogun 2 are few PC games that will put your hardware to use, hopefully BF3 does so as well

i used Blizzard as an example to show that they are one of the few companies that have stuck with PC-only game develpoment. Nothing more than that.

i wasn't talking about Blizzard in this case, look at first sentence, second paragraph. that is what i was talking about. Sorry for the confusing writing style.

^^This^^ I've bought 3 new GPUs so far this year and I don't play PC games (that's what I spent $300 on a PS3 for). I got into folding, it became a disease (as did upgrading my 4 compys) and bam, I've given Nvidia a ton of money.

My point is, if you think that GPU companies only make GPUs for gaming, you are sadly mistaken. JMHO.

Folding is useless and has done nothing almost. Yes I'm serious, and I also have the Alzheimer gene.

I understand where the OP is coming from.
There are very few games to make upgrading worthwhile unless you want to play on 3 monitors.

We'll just have to see what BF3 and Skyrim brings.

OP: very true. PC games have limits because of consoles.
Hope somebody makes a PC only game and max it out

I would have to agree at least one of the OP's point: consoles are ruining gaming.

And he may have a half way valid point about new PC game releases being nothing really new. Dare I mention Duke Nukem Forever. No, I don't. I have the right to, having spent money on that doorstop of a game, but I won't mention HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS.

I think the majority of us buy new hardware in anticipation of games that can utilize it. I can probably play BF3 just fine with my single 5870. Will I be buying another 5870 in hopes to max that game out in multiplayer? You bet your @$$ I will...
