Well for a start 3 different makes of memory with one being of a different size/lattency is not going to help. and your bios seems to be mis-reading some of it (timings)

BIOS
Set your cpu ratio from auto to the max for your chip (9?).
lock your dram freq to 800Mhz or less & turn off (static dram control & read timing) for now run the memory slow so we know it is not the ram failing any tests.

turn off IA twister
turn off transaction booster
turn off cpu spread spectrum & pcie spread spectrum

CPU SCREEN
disable c1e, max cpuid, vert tech, cpu tm

Then re-test the machine and see if its stable (IBT-intel burn test @11 standard passes) or prime 95 for 10 mins. check then min/max temps as well.
