This is what I have in my mind. Other parts id like you guys to help me with :
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1000W
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 580 3072MB FTW HydroCopper 2 SLI
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-2500K Processor
Case: Corsair Obsidian 800D
SSD: Corsair SSD Force Seriesâ„¢ GT 120GB
MB: ??
Memory: ??

Ive read somewhere that Gigabyte motherboard are Ivy Bridge ready or something. This is where I get confused. Cause id like to NOT spend money on a new motherboard like in 4-5 months

I've heard that Ivy will be compatible with the 1155's at first, which is what all the sandy bridges are.

Ivy Bridge should be compatible with any Socket 1155 board, which is what you'll be using for the core i5-2500k. You're looking for a board with the P67 or Z68 chipset. The Z68 chipset offers SSD caching and on-board graphics; if you need either of those, choose the Z68 chipset, otherwise save money with the P67 as it is identical in nearly all other aspects.

A commonly recommended board that has a good price/performance ratio is the ASUS P8P67 Pro. A cheaper board with a similar feature set that will also overclock well is the Biostar TP67XE. There are many good boards available in the $140 - $200 price range, so simply look for one that includes all the features you want/need at the best price. You only need to look at boards above that range if you're going for a very heavy overclock.

As for memory, I'd look for DDR3 1600Mhz or higher. The lower the timings/latency, the better, but you'll pay for tighter timings. Recommended brands are G.Skill and Corsair, particularly the Ripjaws X and Vengeance series, respectively.

I'd go for the Asus P8P67 Pro Rev. 3 ($185), 8GB of G.Skill Ripjaw X DDR3 1600 ($60).

I'm not familiar with water cooling or 120hz monitors so I can't comment on those. However, it looks like your setup is going to be pretty dope
