Check these

1) Motherboard is properly mounted on standoffs.
2) CPU 8-pin connector is connected.

These were the 2 things that got me the first time.

Check your RAM is seated correctly, also you could try using one stick in one slot at a time.

Does the motherboard have onboard VGA? Worth plugging the monitor in there and checking it's not the video card.

Okay, try booting with only the essentials (Mobo, CPU, CPU HSF, RAM and PSU). Don't put your monitor in, unplug everything you don't need.

EDIT:
What beep codes do you get? if it's the same I'm better on a faulty mobo!

Probably faulty board. Damn MSI. It's not likely to get a faulty chip.

Without a gfx, it gives the same beep code. 2 low pitched and 1 high pitched. And then just keeps running, until i press the power button

Nothing showing on monitor too.
