Hey, sorry for coming across as an ass earlier. I built my first PC two years ago and it looked pretty bad, so I shouldn't criticize. I guess I tend to judge based on what opinions I've formed since then. Sorry again, and congrats on the build!

Bundle cables together, fit them through the most hidden hole you can. Also, NZXT sells some nice looking sleeved cable extensions, the 24-pin and 8-pin in particular, that would look nice and allow you to route those cables behind the motherboard tray. Also, sleeving in general makes the visible cables look better and if you do black it can help them be less noticeable. If you stick around here long enough you'll probably see a lot of examples.
