post #1 of 14

Hello. I have tried many different sliders and all I can get is the picture showing up on my browser without the slider options. Can anyone recommend to me a really easy slider?

Thanks

What do you mean a slider? Like a slideshow? Could you link to the jQuery plugin and your website please?

Ok, that should be easy enough. Can we get a look at your code and see what you're doing?

I have jquery.nivo.slider.pack.js, jquery.nivo.slider.js, and nivo-slider.css in my root folder. All that I get is 4 question mark boxes. Can you tell me what I'm missing?
post #8 of 14
Well do you have 4 images titled "slide1" through "slide4" in a folder called images?

Alright, almost there, now just add this in your <head> tag:

Code:
<script type="text/javascript">
$(window).load(function() {
    $('#slider').nivoSlider();
});
</script>
