That's probably because valve has millions upon millions more users so that's a whole lot more people needing help.
Wait till origin is the same size and see if you still get help.
valve in general is a good company. they don't push out games to make deadlines, they regularly do updates to improve their service, they dish out plenty of free updates for their games & have great mod tools, & they have the best sales so far on pc games.
ea is getting more friendly to pc gamers which i applaud (activision could learn something from them); but valve is still king of the pc hill by a long shot imo.
