If I remember correctly every BF game up to the bad company series has included a multiplayer component with bots. That is beside the point though, what of lans? Not all of them can have internet that can service everybody at said lan party.

Urgh great. Considering I don't intend to play mulitplayer, being forced to run a client is irritating.

Oh please, Steam has been getting away with that for years.

Anyway when I played the Alpha for BF3 I noticed Origin uses almost double the memory as Steam, hope that once it's out of beta that's all fixed.

If you'll do it for Steam, then there is absolutely no issue

I really do not understand why you'd buy BF3 for the single player only.... BF games have always been about the multiplayer.

Personally, I haven't purchased a Blizzard game since 1997, a Valve game since 1999, an UbiSoft game since 2004, and the last EA game I intend to play is Crysis Wars (needed for MWLL).

I still have more good games than I have time to play, and I have a lot of free time.
You're so hipster
