Looking for a lighting solution

Thread Starter
I'm looking for a way to control 6 CCFL sets and a handful of LEDs.

The 4-1 or 6-1 inverters won't work as the CCFLs are too spread out. I'm hoping to find something like a 5.25 bay that is a row of toggle switches (think fan controller but switches instead of knobs) or even a row of switches for a PCI slot.

As it stands now, I'm looking at modding a cover panel to have multiple switches, but I'm concerned it's going to be a mess of wires. I was hoping for something off the shelf that I could tie everything into instead of building one myself.

Any thoughts or links would be helpful.

Thanks

Wow, pricey. $52 for a four switch unit with LEDs and military covers? Seems you should be able to make one for cheaper than that.

the base is 25, then 5$ per switch and 4.99$ per cover . . .
If I were to buy the switches by themselves, they are 9.99 anyway

There are several options for other styles. Looks like a fully loaded duckbill style is about 27$. A 6 button rocker style goes for under 30$ also.

you gave me a place to start though so thanks. Not sure how I missed these cover plates on FrozenCPU though. I was on there looking at switches and never saw the covers. /shrug

Ok, so I'm thinking either:

THIS - A duckbill style w/ 4 switches for $26.92

or

THIS - rocker style w/ 4 switches all being full LED for $31.91

I'm leaning towards the rocker switch panel. It's a bit lower key and the round rocker switches match the round knobs on the FC better then flat duckbills.

Thanks again, that's one more issue solved.
