Thanks for your fast reply, But which is new and using descent technology? The R6870 or the 470?
The 470 is a much more powerful card, especially when overclocked to around 800 MHz. However it is also much hotter and uses significantly more power.
Edit: The 6870 is a newer card, but both are DX11. You really just have to choose is you want more performance and don't care about heat/power use or will sacrifice a little performance for a much cooler card.

The 470 is about 5% faster or so, so go for that one. The 6870 isn't bad either though, it should run much cooler and uses much less power. If you're overclocking then go for the GTX 470 though.

I will use with:
MOBO:ASUS P8P67 PRO (B3 rev)
CPU:INTEL Core i5-2500K
RAM:G.SKILL RipjawsX DDR3-1600Mhz CL8 8GB (2x4GB) DUAL (8-8-8-24) 1.5V
HDD:WESTERNDIGITAL Caviar Black 1TB 64MB 7200rpm SATA 6.0Gb/s
Case:COOLER MASTER HAF 912 Plus RC-91P-KKN1
PSU:CORSAIR TX850 V2 850W 80+ BRONZE

The MSI's Using Military Class II Components such as Hi-C CAP, Super Ferrite Chokes (SFC) lol

I'm still not sure I just want to get a card without problems like getting very hot and shuts down or die. because where i live in summers is like hell. the tempreture is 45c O_o and in winters its -10 lol

Will the usage of new technology effect the in game graphic image quality?

P.S sorry for noobish questions -_-

Definitely the 470. Not only it's faster at stock speeds, overclocked it just blows the HD6870 out of the water. Plus the custom cooler should keep temps in check.

470, they oc very well as long as they have good cooling/airflow. Personal best was 860 core on the max stock bios 1.087v (ran three on water blocks) compared to the stock clock of 607mhz.
