Puretrak customer service

Here's the deal: I bought a Puretrak stealth a couple of months ago, along with a Puretrak Valor. Valor build quality sucked, so I returned it, and got my refund. Was very happy with the Stealth mouse pad, so I kept it. Now, after using it for a few months, I noticed the edge on my mouse pad has started to peel back. 955c62f2.jpg
So, on July 24th, I emailed Puretrak about this issue. I get a response, asking me for a picture of said damage, so I attached the above picture. Then Nicholas which is the co-president of Puretrak says that image I sent was what he suspected was wrong. He also told me that it's not a problem, and that he would send me out a replacement Stealth via usps priority mail. I was pleasantly surprised at this level of customer service, and told him so. Today is August 11th, and I have still not received my mouse pad. I have written 3 emails to Puretrak, and have not received a single reply. I think this is some bad business etiquette, and thought I would let others know. Nicholas, I know you are a member on here, so if you read this, contact me to rectify this situation.

Meh, it's just a mouse pad. It's not their fault you rub your arm on the edge of it and it starts peeling after extensive use.

Didn't vacuum the house that day. Having 3 dogs and 6 cats, pet hair isn't always easy to get rid of.

If you are going to be a wise ass, at least learn how to spell. Secondly, it's not mold. The wall is stained from pesticides used to kill ants.

I'm going to try that tonight, and see if he responds. Thanks for providing relevant answer. Unlike these other immature kids. I thought people on OC were better than that.

It's not their fault? Then who's fault is it? Mines? They designed this mouse pad, not me. They should have taken into account all the different ways their mouse pad would be used, and designed it accordingly. You don't know how much time I spend on this mouse pad, so why assume it's extensive?

I'm not really as mad about the quality of the product, as I am about being lied to, and ignored. I never asked for a new mouse pad, they OFFERED it, and I accepted. Why even offer, if you had no intentions of coming through?

My talent started peeling like that. I bought this pad some time ago, but I distinctly remember the bottom/side peeling not too long after first getting it. Personally never bothered me When/if you do get another chances are it's going to be the same thing. Just pick up a Qck+.

How does your Qck+ compare to the talent?

if you rub your wrist really heavy along the edge of pads, the QcK will do the exact same thing. i know cause i went through 3, yes 3 of them before going to the talent pad.

qck is good if you can find it cheap and you game for an hour or less a day but the problem with the qck is that the surface is horribly inconsistent after like 3 month. it gets flat spots where you mouse rolls a lot

i think i know the answer to this, but why didn't you want a talent? (desk space?)
