HPET Mode 32 or 64?

i'm currently running 64bit windows 7 ultimate it working fine so far
but im curious will i get better performance going to 64?

currently is 32 in bios

Well if you're only in 32 bit wouldn't you be limited to ~3.6gb of RAM?? The limit for 32 bit RAM is somewhere around there. Anything more then that is worthless and unusable for 32 bit. By switching to 64 bit then you get to use all the RAM you want.

i got windows 64bit 3.87 usable
if i switch HPED mode to 64 will i get better fps etc in games?
