how do i do a gigabyte RMA? cant find it on site?

Thread Starter
so, i need to RMA my second card, i know its the issue because when i turn sli on i get crashes, if i turn it off, i dont, if i switch the cards around, i get crashes, have just one card it its all good, so im blaming the second card, ive looked for almost an hour on the Canadian website and i cannot find anything to RMA a video card, just a mobo.

the only thing i can find tells me to take it to the store where i bought it from, and i called them and with them since its after 90 days (but less then 6 months) im SOL.

these cards claim to have a 3 year warrenty as stated on box, any help would be great

Canadian Gigabyte video card RMA thanks

Wait, so Gigabyte doesn't have a warranty on their cards?

No, they do. But it seems that in Canada, they make you take up the RMA with the place of purchase. It seems they don't deal with the RMA directly.
