Bought a new laptop and problems already... Help please!

I just bought my new Acer AS3830-6431 like 3 hours ago and I already have a problem with it. Whenever I am playing a youtube video or anything that makes noise, every once in a while (3 mins or so) I hear this extremely loud crackling noise. Happens when I watch a youtube video, or open skype, or anything that makes noise. One thing I noticed though is that when the odd noise happens the youtube video stutters as well.

What could be the issue here and how can I fix it? I am trying to get a video of the noise with my camera right now and will post ASAP.

Is this sound coming from the inside of the machine or from the speakers? Either way.. RMA it and get a new one before it's too late.

As it is probably not a software issue as it is an OEM machine, I would RMA as well.

Sound is coming from the speakers for sure. However, I played songs for 2 hours now and I could not get the sound to come up again... Should I still RMA or use it for a couple of days and see if the problem still persists?

I bought it from a physical store and I have 15 days to return it or exchange it.

You could do that.. but don't you think it's possible for the sound to come back later after the 15 day policy?

Just RMA. I RMA things that come defective fast!

If it doesn't give you an issue withing the short return policy your safe. if something happens within the Policy time frame Return it.
that's just my Rule
