This part flipped me out so bad!I was like

big ol F-bomb! I looked inside my tower to check for smoke, and since i did not see anything i was like "quick before it does smoke!" and I went for the power cable! when out of nowhere I hear something and it's the intro!
but then i saw it was all weird and i was like S-bomb! "what's with my computer??

but when i saw the joker in the car i stopped to think that it was probably scare crow.

Interesting...

I never saw that artifacting... Never saw the reverse intro cinematic either and never saw the Joker take a shot at Batman... also never saw the Graveyard scene where he climbs out of his own Grave.

My game, went from the coughing fit in the hallway, to Batman appearing on the platform with Scarecrow's hand reaching over, and then I was immediately in the part were I had to jump across the platforms and avoid being seen by Scarecrow.

I woulda flipped out big time if I had seen all that artifacting though, cause I had JUST bought and installed my 5850 at that time.

Because they sure did a hell of a job when they did that...

It literally looked like artifacts...
I have to give the developers credit as I never experienced something like this in a game...

Then afterwards, I didn't dodge the shot from Joker, did anyone else???
Explain ? It's self explanatory, moments before that scene occurred I literally wondered if they'd pull a prank like that, then it occurred.

It's likely the way I think, I found it more likely it was a prank than a real issue due many other variables, so in the literal first instant it occurred and my brain processed what was going on I was fairly certain it was just part of the game.

I actually fell for that one, only because back when that game was relevant I lived in a ****hole that had insect problems.

Yes, I admit it.

this.

I didn't know about this part and as soon as that showed up I was like "FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!". Scared my wife a bit.

Heh. I played AA on my 360 and when this happened, I panicked and looked at the 360 power button for the dreaded RROD. I hit the eject button, pulled the DVD out, flipped it over to check for scratches. I cleaned it and applied one of those scratch Disc repair pastes and wiped it good for ten minutes. While i waited for it to dry, i placed my 360 near my portable A/C and then half an hour later, I powered it on again, praying that nothing was wrong.

It powered on fine and i played some other games to make sure everything was ok, before inserting batman again. it loaded the save point and the same thing happened, and i froze in horror for a minute. but by the time I recovered, the jokermobile video played again, and I realised rocksteady had pulled a fast one on me.

I can laugh at it now, but I swear I was THIS close to a heart attack..
