Sony Vaio Z Internet Problems

Thread Starter
Hey guys, I have had my Sony Vaio Z for less than a year and I am starting notice some weird issues concerning bandwidth and internet. I am the only person who uses the internet in my house heavily, which is why my frequent disconnects on my laptop are bothering me. I am not sure what the problem is, but I have been notcing issues when using the internet heavily on my laptop. For example: If I am using mumble (a voip program) while playing league of legends, I will disconnect. Sometimes when I am only using mumble the signal with seem weak and the voices will sound electronic and choppy, which is strange. The basic system specs are core i5 at 2.67ghz 4gb of ram and two SSD's in raid 0(not that it matters). My internet provider is at&t Uverse, which I detest. Anyway I was just wondering if you guys would have any tips for helping me diagnose what the issue is that's causing my internet problems.
