Now I have a question about the order water should flow through the system. Should it go like this?
Pump>Radiator>CPU Block>Reservoir>Pump
I also purchased the parts to put a drain line in. Would I put that in between the Pump and the Radiator?
Pump>T-drain hose>Radiator>CPU Block>Reservoir>Pump
Hoping to get some help here. I am SUPER excited, but also nervous as hell.

Sorry for a possibly late reply, but I was offline for a bit (no phone, etc.).
It's been shown that there is no real difference in what order you stuff goes in. The only thing that matters is that the reservoir feeds the pump directly. Which for you even that is a non issue since you can't change that in the Rasa kit. Another thing to note though for possible future upgrades is that the first thing to get water after it is cooled (ie went through rad/res/pump) is going to be slightly cooler than the rest of the components. And while this is typically a non issue there are some overclocks that are border line too hot and maybe you want to hit the CPU before the GPU/s or vice versa.
Don't be nervous it's one of the best times you can have with a pc. Be patient, take your time and you'll be just fine.

You got it, just put it at the lowest point possible. And I do have to warn you, no drain line is ever going to fully and perfectly drain a loop. Just do the best you can with placement, get the most water out you can with the drain line and be creative when draining.
