No, blocking is not an option. That wouldn't create a very happy and productive household.

1. Set the downstream QoS state.
QoS Downstream: EnableDisable


2. Set the QoS parameters below.
Name:
Queue Priority:
Reserved Bandwidth:
Total Available Bandwidth:12127kbps

3. Select the protocol and TOS BIT value.
Protocol:
TOS BIT Value:

4. Select source IP information.
Source:
5. Select destination IP information.
Destination:

6. Click "Apply" to save your settings.

This should help, these are the options on my routers page. Obviously the protocol and bit values are excluded seeing as they are in a drop down menu on #3.

well mine is a bit different, I filter by MAC address, a screen shot may help if possible. I tried filling on some of it.

You have a pipe. Thats the bandwith your isp gave you. What you did is you split that pipe into several branches to the different pcs. Now all those pipes fill that one big pipe. Theres no taps unless you have physical access to the pcs and limit the connections each can make. So its either cut the pipe off completely i.e Open Gap firewall pull the plug or keep sharing bandwith or get a better line from your ISP
