2500k mhz and voltage goes up on load

I went into ArmA 2 and loaded CPU-Z up and noticed that when I'm playing, the core goes up to 3.6Ghz and the voltage goes up to 1.176. Is that normal?

Also, my idle temps are around 42C and my max is 69c according to HWMonitor. On the bios it idles around 56c. I'm currently using a stock CPU cooler. Is this normal as well?

^ what soulxp said. Your cpu will increase frequency and voltage under load. At idle, it will downclock and lower voltage. So yup, perfectly normal.
