I was at 4.2 on air with decent temps. At 4.2 now with a wannabe liquid cooling kit with great temps.

For daily use, probably 4.2-4.4, but that voltages start to get high and chip life expectancy begins to drop.

This is the highest that's been achieved on water, but I highly doubt that it's a stable overclock. http://hwbot.org/submission/2175223_predator86_cpu_z_phenom_ii_x6_1100t_be_4645.7_mhz

For some reason I can't get passed 4.1 GHz on mine even bumping the voltage up to 1.5V. Watercooling at that temp for me still keeps it in the 40s or so. So im thinking that my voltage isnt actually going up when i change it in my Bios. The problem is prime 95 gets errors, but it still boots up to 4.4 GHz. I just have an H80 Corsair water cooler so nothing special, but it runs 22 degrees cooler than my roomies bad ass air heat sink. smile.gif So i imagine if the voltage was actually changing I could probably hit 4.5 GHz. 4.0 is easy to hit at stock voltage.

I'm stable at 4.5GHZ with 1.476v under full load with 38C max core temp (load). I am currently running water cooling, but managed the same clock on air (Titan Fenrir EVO / 2x Delta 240 CFM fans). Obviously temps were higher, but still within limits ~ 45-50C.
