More specifically, a MS Wireless Mouse?

Maybe it's the mouse? How about you try buying a Mouse and testing it out!

Are they plugged into the USB 3.0 ports, or the USB 2.0 ports?

USB 3.0 ports, but i don't want to ignore the problem, and just find a temporary solution by plugging them into USB 2.0 ports...i just want to be able to notice when new BIOS (OPROM) update or Intel RST drivers will fix this issue, if not i will rma the board

Oh. Well, they absolutely must be plugged into the USB 2.0 ports in order to function properly in the UEFI. The reason why is that it's a USB 3.0 controller limitation: the ports only work properly in Windows, and only with the correct driver.

Therefore, this is not a problem at all. Plug your mouse and keyboard into the USB 2.0 ports and then they will function properly in the UEFI. Besides, there is no benefit to having them plugged into the USB 3.0 ports.

Correct, but the issue appear even when i'm not in UEFI, for e.g. 3 times when i start reinstalling my OS, just after "loading windows files" part finish, the mouse and keyboard goes off and i must load optimized defaults in BIOS in order to make them work, without that i cant click next in windows menu in order to start the installation

But guess ill try the USB 2.0 ports, thanks for the tips

Edit: There are no USB 2.0 ports at the back of the mobo

Then I recommend trying the included bracket that plugs into the USB 2.0 headers at the bottom of the motherboard.

Failing that, try one of the two USB ports that are next to the PS/2 connector.

Will do, thanks! btw do i need to have PCH controller enabled in order to get USB 2.0 controller work? and the same goes to NEC, does it have to be enabled if i have USB 3.0 device in the same time connected to the mobo?
