Is my pc running as it should?

Im having som trouble with my soundcard on asus p8p67 so I was testing some soultions to make it run (its buzzing when loading gpu) But when i played bfbc2 today I dropped down to 30 fps wich ive never done before iv always been over 80. I downloaded 3dmark06 and i got this scores

im running 2500k at stock gtx 470 soc, 8gb corsair vengeance and a sata 2 hdd from westerndigital

Could try runnning ccleaner and search WD for a HDD checking tool.

Try turning off VSYNC. I had a similar problem benchmarking with Unigine Tropics and that seemed to fix it.
