Sorry again to the OP
I don't have the settings written down, and my computer is at home, and I just upgraded my motherboard so I don't have the settings, but follow the i7 OC Guide in my sig, chadmir's guide works well! I just tampered for a few weeks and got 4.5GHz stable without a problem. good temps, etc.
Ram was underclocked and at 1.65V is all i remember, and CPU multi was at x21 (most stable multiplier)
EDIT: those are the clock on my old ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 motherboard, now I have a much better Gigabyte G1.Killer
The Asus P6T Deluxe V2 is rubbish, I went through 4 motherboard because the motherboard died when installing the CPU waterblock.... this G1.Killer is much better!
