Generally a good after market cpu cooler will get far better cooling than the stock heatsink privided with the processor. I cannot post definite numbers as I do not know, but I am sure if you tell us what cooler you got to replace the stock cooler, we can give you a general idea of how well it will cool.

Bro, give us a link please. What cooler was it? Make model.

EX:
Xigamtek S1283
Coolermaster Hpyer 212+

At the speeds your running at 60C sounds about right.... actually they sound a little high unless it is a dinky heat sink.

Also man, fill out your system specs. I know we gave you hell in the last thread, but know what oyu got helps a lot.

You should be fine with a CM hyper 212+, most places have them for under $30.

Hardware costs money, I'm not sure how you can seriously complain about aftermarket coolers pricing, considering the entry level/mid range heat sinks aren't expensive at all. You can get the Hyper 212+ for $30 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835103065) on newegg right now, and you might find a deal for another well rated cooler.
