2 Rads Better Temps? And Pump?

Was wondering if I get 2 Radiators a Black Ice GTX360 and a 240mm radiator whould I see the temps improve? I will be just cooling my CPU which is a i7 990x (not a i7 950 like in my sig) I may cool my graphics card still making my mind up on that. Also for 2 radiators would I need 2 pumps ? or will a good pump like the Alphacool VPP655 / Laing D5 Vario 12V Pump Or Laing D5 (MCP655) Vario 12V Pump do fine?

The 655 pump will be enough. You can get an aftermarket top for the pump to give it some more head pressure. And yeah with more rad comes more cooling so your temps will improve.

stick to one rad for the CPU, if you add the gpu the 360 alone would most likely suffice but both wouldnt hurt.

You will only need one of the D5 pumps

Thanks for that I was thinking of getting a XSPC Acrylic Dual 5.25†Reservoir for Laing D5 the pump fits inside and mount to 2x 5.25 bays would this be good instead of a pump top ?

I have one of those. My only grip (very small) are those little rubber grommets on the side that stick into the acrylic. First, if you over tighten the screws in the 5.25 bay, they will come out of the holes. So either glue them down or just lightly screw them in. Second is those little rubber things stick to the metal in the case, so if you tear down your loop of are just putting it toghether, they sometimes stick can come out. Easy way to make this work proper is to use some dish soap as a lubricant.

I just installed that reservoir in my mid tower last week. Overall it's a nice piece, although it took a little while for the system to bleed all the bubbles out because of how the incoming line runs directly back to the pump. That being said the quality is very nice. The pump also manages to flow way more than I need for my 2600K, I'm thinking about cooling my 560ti's as well.
