Try to find Biostar T series board, i've used TA790GXBE and TA790GXE-128m both with unlocked Phenom 550(b50) overclock at 3.7Ghz stable for about year now.

As far as i know both mention boards are 4+1 design but both are DDR2, now i'm using TA880GB+ which i bought like 3 weeks ago for 3500Inr(banglore). Board is okay considering what i was looking for but it lack SATA3/usb3 and its 125w tdp board compare to 140w on other two board i mention. But i'm must warn you, this board(ta880gb+) lack ACC core unlocking, they mention its supported but its buggy my phenom won't boot windows if ACC is enable, doesn't matter if there are only two core enable using core control feature. I've been bugging biostar support for past 2 weeks regarding bios updates/fix.

In general i find biostar board excellent when it comes to build quality, i've tested using using phenom II 550 and 555 on Biostar TA790GXBE, TA790GXE-128m and my cousin's Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 and i couldn't justify my cousin's purchase of asus when it comes to overclocking cuz all 3 board fair similar when it comes to OC and stability.

Only things which is biostar lack is proper support system, bios updates/fix are not as frequint as say asus or gigabyte.

Also, don't buy MSI cheap e series board, before biostar ta880bb+ i bought MSI 880gm-e35(price 3500INR), the box look cool and i was fool into believing that it would be good board but after 3 day of use i realize that it lack major feature i was looking for, that was support for 125w tdp cpu, board was constantly shutting down on minor/medium load when using unlock phenom cpu. I didn't know what was wrong at first so i went to msi website for bios update and i was browsing through supported cpu list where i realize that board support 95w cpu only. Good thing retailer i go to is my go to guy for PC stuff so I send my board back and got biostar. Also check VRM thread.

Btw are you into serious OC or just casual OC?

PS, where you from?

if your board budget is less than 4k INR than it safe to say no to any Asus/gigabyte/msi board cuz those cheaper board will probably be 95w only.

I'd say check available board from biostar and asrock, check online regarding spec and review if available. I know its hard to find specific board from biostar or asrock we gotta work with what we can get. Last year i was looking for Biostar TA785GE but i end up purchasing TA790GXBE bcuz of non availability.

btw i hope you are not using Dynet ram, its worst brand if you ask me. I'd rather pay 300 bucks extra for transcend/kingston memory.

I agree with u that Dynet is worst and m replacing it with a 6 gb corsair 4GB and one 2gb a corsair 2 gb is costing me 600 bucks and a 4 gb one is costing me 1300 bucks
