This I really don't recommend.... with several reasons
1. 870-G45 uses a mediocre quality 4+1 phase VRM with a high failure rate
2. Although stock cooler is good for VRM cooling, it is not good for CPU cooling at 4Ghz (in warm environments it may result in CPU temperature repeatedly going past rated temp at load, and reduced lifespan as a result).

Either go with 2Gb x2 or 4GB x2 for dual channel mode, its way better that way. if don't have budget for 4GB x2 just choose 1 4GB module and add another 4GB later on obviously same spec module.

I'm going for Corsair vengeance cmz8gx3m2a1600c9b(4GB x2), its available for 3700 bucks which i think is too much considering its available on newegg for 60$. Either way whichever you choose go for dual module and DDR3-1600.

i'm assuming you're shopping in Lamington road? In Bangalore(SP road) everything is around 5% higher or more which sucks for me.

Any decision regarding board? Also how long you expected to keep this board/cpu combo? i always change board/cpu combo every year which is why i prefer AMD. I go for mid range stuff and upgrade one part after a year, selling old part with low end stuff.

i had Asrock n68s(ultra cheap board)+Athlon X2 4000, which i updated with Athlon II X2 240. Then after around 10 month i went for Biostar TA790GXBE with my old Athlon 240. Then Phenom II 550( which unlocks to X4) with same biostar TA790GXBE. Now i sold both my old DDR2 kingston hyperx and TA790GXBE and got TA880GB+ DDR3 board but kept Phenom II. I expect to keep this board for a year till AM3+ get in mainstream price range, again i can keep both CPU+ =DDR3 memory with newer AM3+ board and i can sell old board with cheap sempron and cheapest available ram.

so at the end i'd say don't go for board higher than 4000, keep updating component by component instead of going for the top thinking its "future proof". I'm still pissed at the choice i made for my first board which was Intel d845GBV which i was 7000 at the time and for 3 year i never used all the PCI slots and that damn board failed 3 times and worst was i couldn't update to newer cpu( prescott p4) at the time or faster memory.

Only board to fit your criteria is Biostar TA880GB+ or TA880GU3+ or something similar from Asrock. I prefer Biostar cuz i like bios options of Biostar i think its best of all.

And i'm also kind of serious oc'er, which is why i prefer biostar cuz its for ppl like us who can't afford 100$+ boards just for hobby. I'm familiar with ocing Asus, gigabyte, msi and asrock and i find biostar easier to manage if you know what each settings means.
