Not exactly PREVENTING me from throwing in a second card, but before I ordered the 2nd 570 I noticed the SATA inputs on my motherboard are parallel to the 2nd PCIe slot. Another card would cover 4 of the 6, and I need 3 of them. So, I ordered a 90-degree SATA 3.0 cable and tried to put my card in that slot but it still didn't give it enough clearance. Any special way to overcome this poorly designed motherboard? I've looked online for SATA Y-cables and can't find any, so I guess they don't make 'em. So...all I can think of is having to disconnect my BluRay player. But a more efficient solution would be preferred. I've seen PCIe card spacers. How would these work with a graphics card though? As far as it screwing into the expansion slot in the back of the case. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
