You could try to find the MB Quartz ONYX 1000w. Or maybe an Audiopipe AP15001D. I'd need to look them up again, but I believe both are 1ohm power, so with those you'd want the DVC 4ohm subs in that case.

Otherwise, what you've chosen is absolutely SOLID, you'll want the DVC 2ohm subs though to get a 2ohm load at the amp.

I will just bite the bullet and get the Alpine equipment. Car door speakers? Will they have to be changed?

Head unit, you'll definitely want an aftermarket head unit. You'll want clean power going into those beastly subs.

Speakers...that's your call honestly. If you're happy with the speakers you have, and the power from the head unit...that's cool.

Hmm, as long as you've got a good battery, you SHOULD be okay. Google "The Big 3" (safe search on, don't need bad things on google...). Read up on how to do that. Basically, you'll be replacing all your charging and ground wires with bigger wire (I'd go 1/0 for 1000w). And you'll want probably 2-4 awg wire running to the trunk (I'd go more towards 2 awg).

Probably will end up being around 3 cubic feet per sub (with the port displacement in there). So probably around 6 cubic feet total for both subs.
How do you get a box to be exactly 32Hz? How do i know what size to make the box?

It takes software, and knowing all of the specific specifications of your subwoofer of choice. I can help you design the box if you'd like, after my rig is back up and running. All you have to do, is tell me what you want it to sound like, and I'll get you the dimensions of the box (cubic feet, port length, and port width).

If its going in a car, knowing the EXACT measurements that you have to fit into your car will help a lot too.
