Hi guys, My 10 year HP OEM keyboard just broke. So I need a replacement.
(I'm using on screen right now )
I found 4 great ones on Craigslist:

1. Call of Duty 6: Modern Warfare 2 Elite Keyboard

2. Logitech G110 (im pretty sure you guys know this one)

3. HP VoodooDNA gaming keyboard. (rebranded Razer Lycosa)

4. Saitek Eclipse II

If you guys have any other recommendations plz tell me

I'll be using the keyboard for gaming at night so backlit keys is a must.

Thanks guys, Have a good day.

If you can wait, Ducky Shine. More info here and Tator Tot said that they might be getting some on their next shipment.

The eclipse will keep you happy for a while, once you get used to it. It's bright and easy. But don't spill beer on it

Always when I'm trying to save money, I hear about awesome gizmos like these. OCN will lead me to poverty...

That's an AWESOME Keyboard. I guess I can wait a little bit since school is starting so not so much gaming anymore.
The problem is how much is it?

I saw somewhere that the retail price was $175.

Tater Tor has said that on OCN, the price will be below retail price.

Based on the fact that the other keyboards are going for $110 with ABS and $140 with PBT caps, I'd guess around $150? I'm just pulling numbers of out thin air though.

Once the next shipment is actually announced, I'm sure the retail price will be announced, or someone who may actually have an idea will provide a more realistic estimate.

I keep going back and forth between waiting for the Shine and getting a custom WASD. A few hours ago I was sold on the WASD, but every time I look at the Shine, I can't help but want it.

The way I look at it, it's a keyboard that's gonna last me a very long time.

I've tried typing on my buddy's mechanical keyboard and it was great. It's so much better than the one I got one. He paid like $80 and I thought it was crazy, and now I'm considering getting one almost twice as expensive.

I've got a Sidewinder X4 right now, looked fairly cheap on eBay (granted I didn't do much research). It's a decent keyboard from my experience. The extra macro keys are basically useless, but even after extensive use of the WASD keys the backlighting still looks good. Maybe check it out as well?

Well, you can't go around using an on-screen keyboard while you wait for something to be released anyhow.

I love my Razer keyboard (Tarantula), but I've never tried the Lycosa. Also, I've had a friend who really liked the Eclipse II, he used it for several years with no issues.
