I've got an Iceq X Turbo X. It's great! Make sure its the Turbo X and not the Turbo though. the Turbo X is slightly faster with a 880 core clock instead of the turbo's 840, and a 5200 memory clock instead of the turbo's 5120.

When I go into the Crossfire Configuration with the cards, I notice massive temp diffrences with these non-reference designs at top/bottom.

Where with reference 100% exhaust noisy jet taking off in your case blower cards.

Though noisy, and not the coolest, they didn't have much of the same effect since they exhaust 100% of the air out the back and don't recycling it into the top card =\

I currently have a 14C difference under full load between my two 6950's.

I would recommend the Vortex's but still debating some clearance issues and if they would beable to tri-fire, bottom GPU runs very cool at 72C at about 70% fan, under extreme load.

^OP is only looking for a single card, not sure why you would even mention crossfire.

@OP, if you're looking to overclock, the Sapphire or MSI Twin Frozr would be your best bet. Though I would also look for a card that can definitely overvolt, non-overvolting cards are hard to overclock once you reach the wall of stock voltage.

I got the Sapphire Dirt3 edition, its really cool and silent smile.gif
The Toxic edition wasn't out then, idk when it hits the shops, but that one is an absolute beast and you can unlock it.
I expect it to be quite a bit more expensive though.
