so mad, qwest had a 5 year lock thing going on. could have upgraded 1.5mbs - 7mbs. tried to convince my parents my dad went and supposedly "read" it online, since we are paying around $30 a month for the 1.5mbs then we will be upgraded to whatever that is...switch happened we got nothing. I can live with 1.5mbs its just i keep getting wireless disconnected and its not even 1.5mbs at all...its 0.8mbs, no idea if i can buy a new modem since that will fix it probably.

seems redundant to reiterate it to me.
