Hello

When i am installating windows 7 on my laptop i have a error :S

With the same DVD i can install it on other laptop or my desktop.

Why i can't install windows 7 on my laptop? If i try with a original windows (vista) i can install but with a copy can't...

Restart your computer with the CD in the disc. I had this error while upgrading a sony VAIO and just did that, then it worked afterwards.

Just a thought but..Um..Did you try closing/exiting all the Windows Vista programs and or 3rd party programs your using?

If this is an upgrade from Windows vista to 7 there shouldnt be any problems as long as the CD wasn't used by other's a lot.
