thank you very much for introducing me to coldzero!

exactly what i was looking for

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement side panel?

I have the windowed one, but I don't like how the window looks. I would rather do it MDPC style and cut my own window and mount the acrylic on the inside of the panel. Also, the window is too big IMO, I want it to stop at the drive bays.

Cheers!

To order a panel directly from Silverstone, you fill out the Email request form at the bottom of the page:
www.silverstonetek.com/contactus.php

Edit:
I have seen replacement TJ07 panels at some computer parts dealers, but none in Canada.
Chilled PC in the UK sometimes has them. So does CaseKing:
www.caseking.de/shop/catalog/Silverstone-SST-TJ07-B-Side-Panel-links-black::18314.html
but it would probably cost more than ordering one from Silverstone.

Ah, cheers. I never thought to see if I could get one direct from Silverstone. You are probably right in that ordering direct would be cheaper, I assume they ship from the US rather than overseas.

The pieces are just stunning, look amazing, match up so well and are incredibly well thought out.

I have been looking at some of the cold zero stuff and not sure if I just missed it or what, but does the midplate have spots to run your wc tubing to/from the bottom compartment? Looking into getting MB, mb extension, midplate and the 5.25 covers. Also is the cable management actually that much better with the cold zero parts than the stock parts? Thanks guys.

The standard Midplates do not have routing holes. The illuminated Midplates you can request custom holes. Also with the mb extensions you tell him your mobo model and he cuts the routing holes to suit the placement of the plugs
post #67 of 923
So I can tell him exactly where I want holes cut in the midplate, and he'll cut them for free? That's sick. Was the only reason I wasn't going to buy one before, now I am really considering it..

I personally just ordered the regular one and cut my own holes. Same as drilling through any other acrylic really. But yes you can request him to cut holes for you, think he even has a template for it so you can be more precise with your measurements. And the cable routing is amazing, the cutouts in the extension, cutouts in the motherboard tray and all the m3 mounts on the back of the motherboard tray are great.

Anybody have pics of the illuminated midplate in their rig? Also with the midplates how do you route the cables along the bottom of the MB (usb headers, audio, etc) since you lose the standard routing holes?

We ere just saying he'll cut custom holes for the motherboard headers if you tell him what motherboard you have.

Would also like to see pics of the illuminated midplate..
