I've been considering selling my TJ07 for something a little more feature friendly. Its been powdercoated internally proffessionally and is in near mint condition, but I cant afford to water cool so I feel like it isn't having the life it deserves whistle.gif

Guys do you know if the bottom compartment is big enough to fit an EK 480 XTX rad (64mm) + an 240 XTX?
Yes it will fit that fine. I had an RX480 and a UT240 (both 60mm thick) only had them in push though.

Won't the 240 get heat soaked from the 480 blowing on it? Unless you're running like 2400+rpm fans.

Maybe.. But there are more builds with a 480 + 240 rad in the bottom.

thanks for the info!

It may help to go with a slimmer 240 so you can run both rads as push exhaust. The fans will have to fight for air a bit, but it'll probably net you better temps than running them both as push in the same direction.

This is ultimately why I ended up getting rid of the 240 and running just a 480, the temp decrease was hardly worth it.

Yeah I ditched my 240 as well since Martins testing showed temp increases with pretty much all stacked rad configurations. I may run a slim 120 in the bottom with my AMS 480, but I have a fan hole cut out in the front of the midplate that will feed the 480 and 120 with more air since they'll be pulling air from opposite directions. If you want a thick 240 the best place is probably the front 5.25" bays.

It is.
My configuration:
480 Monsta in the base,
RX240 in the front bays.
Works a charm.thumb.gif
