I'm not trying to side with the pharmaceutical companies, but can someone give me a source on the companies stopping drugs? This isn't meant to be an accusation, I'm just curious and want to see an example.

Money is a good way in covering things up, let's hope someones heart isn't consumed by greed entirely otherwise who knows, maybe this one will slip past?

I mean they allow aspartame in our foods, gum, and soda, why not allow something useful to possibly be created?

Yeah exactly, and they managed to get most of the population to be over-medicated, never curing the problem but hiding the symptoms. Much more profitable to keep people sick than to cure them.

Edmund Burke disagrees with you. As do I. This belief is dragging us deeper into chaos than the actual evil that perpetuates it.
Amen to that, I was gonna respond the same thing. Why is it that people feel that by doing nothing and lying to themselves by hiding the reality of things is going to make things better. People who want want to see everything positively go down first when they get slapped by reality.

I'm happy to read that some people live in reality and the example of alternative energy is one of the best examples. OCN is all about being excited about technological breakthroughs etc; but I'm sorry to break it to you but those dinosaur corporations/lobbies SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN. Because they can't put a price on things like sun, wind and water pressure, they want to make people dependent on their energy and make sure that alternative energies don't get the funding so they can't compete.
