i want the best in overclocking

I think I personally would try out the Palit due to the better HSF design. I am all about a quieter PC experience.

there are better 570s out there, but from those 3 you listed, i'd vot for the palit sonic paltinum. decent factory overclock, not that it matters since you're gonna overclock it more anyway, but good solid base clock. plus it's non-reference pcb+cooler with the added bonus of having waterblocks available if you're into that sort of thing

Why is everyone saying ASUS or MSI? He didn't list those as being sold at his local store.

As someone already said before, Palit is your best bet out of those due to better cooling.
