64gb will be fine for windows 7 64bit ultimate as long as you don't have too many large programs suchh as photoshop and games.

My 120gb SSD has windows ultimate, with 4 languages installed, office 2007, drivers, basic programs like IDEs, 7zip, java, flash, overclocking software (cpu-z, real temp), media player classic, team speak, skype, msn, virtual box, browsers, etc, etc, etc,. Basically it has everything that is not a game. It's all taking 52,2gbs of space.

All in all you will be good to go, according to my install of windows.
