Fatal error in Unigine 2.5

Hello. Recently I bought MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III PE (800/1250). I applied second bios from PE/OC (850/1300) and all was good. At this default clocks my card have passes all tests (1,15 V)! But even applying a little OC, e.g. 930/1400@1,235 V, Unigine 2.5 crashes usually on 20-23 stages with
d3d11AppWindow::swap_window:device removed
What does it mean?
I try Crysis 2. After about 30 seconds i have black screen and desktop. In Witcher 2 there are periodic freezes for 10 sec. AC: Brotherhood freezes after 20 min gaming.
Seems to be bad card? Or raise the voltage?

It means the OC is unstable. I can't get my 560 Ti above 930/1960/2200 without getting the error or a white screen in BFBC2.

Increase (or decrease, 1.235v seems high) your voltage ever so slightly, run the benchmark, if it doesn't crash, you are all set. Otherwise, rinse and repeat. Also, you may want to try lowering the memory clock. I've noticed that grants great leniency for stable OCs.

Voltage for OC seems too high. You should not need 1.235v for 930/1400.

MSI AB 2.2.0 b5.
I've stopped at 920/1360@1,21 V. Enlarged core clocks are unstable with any higher voltage. =(
And of course I can't unlock it.
